As part of our approach to become as sustainable and ethical as possible we use Sendle (B Corp. and Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service) to ship orders as well as compostable packaging. We hope that you can support us with disposing of your packaging consciously upon receiving your new eyewear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping & Dispatch Times
Orders within Australia will generally be dispatched within 2-3 days and Sendle / Australia Post will provide you with your personalised delivery estimate and tracking.
Internationally 4 - 6 working days to NZ and 6 - 13 working days to USA & CA. 
Upon dispatch, you'll receive a tracking link from which you will be
able to follow the progress of your Barkleys.

Things to Note

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you note on your order giving permission to leave or authority to leave orders, including saying similar to "Please leave items...", we do not take responsibility for these once they have been delivered. We do not offer refunds on missing items that have been marked by Sendle as ‘delivered’. 

In the unlikely event you find your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the package and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of it.

At Barkley Eyewear, we want each purchase to be as special and unique as the next and would love to see how we can help you get the best results with your new Barkleys, tailored to your individual lifestyle. 

So please consider getting in touch with us before lodging a return request, if you would like personalised advice and our founder and certified health coach, Dayne Barkley will be helping you get better sleep in no time.

To be eligible for a return, your item and accessories must be in the same condition that you received it with all the original packaging. 

For change of mind returns, please notify us within 30 days. We will gladly offer you an exchange, credit or refund upon return of the glasses.

We personally check each pair of glasses and accessories for faults and imperfections before they are shipped to you, as we strive for integrity and quality in everything we do. However in the unlikely case you identify a major problem with the pair of glasses you purchased, and you notify us within 30 days, we will gladly offer you an exchange, credit or refund upon return of the unused glasses.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Returns
Barkley Eyewear will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim
is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will
reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Barkley Eyewear
to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a replacement item sent to you (if stock is unavailable a store credit or refund to your original payment method will be issued).

Barkley Eyewear complies with Australian Consumer Law and its consumer guarantee obligations. If you are unsure whether your situation is covered by the above, please contact us.
