Shipping Terms

As part of our approach to become as sustainable and ethical as possible we use Sendle (B Corp. and Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service) along with AusPost to ship orders as well as compostable packaging. We hope that you can support us with disposing of your packaging consciously upon receiving your new eyewear.

Australian Postage

We offer FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE with either Australia Post or Sendle as well as other faster shipping times with other couriers, see checkout for live rates.

Orders within Australia will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Sendle or Australia Post will provide you with your personalised delivery estimate and tracking.

International Postage

Dispatch, delivery times and costs will vary based on courier selected, however personalised timeframes will be displayed at check-out. Once your ordered is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your Barkleys.


Things to Note

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you note on your order giving permission to leave or authority to leave orders, including saying similar to "Please leave items...", we do not take responsibility for these once they have been delivered. We do not offer refunds on missing items that have been marked by Sendle as ‘delivered’. 

In the unlikely event you find your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the package and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of it.
