Shipping Terms

As part of our approach to become as sustainable and ethical as possible we use AUSPOST 100% carbon neutral delivery service as well as compostable packaging. Upon receiving your new eyewear, we hope that you can support our goal by disposing of your packaging in a compost bin or by re-using it with the second sticky strip.


Australian Postage

We offer FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE with Australia Post. 

Orders within Australia will be dispatched within 1 business day. Upon shipping your package we will provide you with a tracking number then Australia Post will update you with your personalised delivery estimate. Usually 2-6 business days which has seen delays due to COVID policies still in place.

International Postage

Please be aware COVID restrictions are still affecting shipping times.

Dispatch, delivery times and costs will vary based on courier selected, however personalised timeframes will be displayed at check-out. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your Barkleys to you.

Things to Note

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you note on your order giving permission to leave or authority to leave orders, including saying similar to "Please leave items...", we do not take responsibility for these once they have been delivered. We do not offer refunds on missing items that have been marked by Sendle as ‘delivered’. 

In the unlikely event you find your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the package and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of it.
